By signing up for or using the Own Outright Growth Portfolio service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you ("Client") and Own Outright LLC ("Own Outright," "we," "us"), a Texas limited liability company based in Forney, TX.
The Growth Portfolio is a done-for-you digital marketing service. We build and manage a portfolio of 25 SEO-optimized websites tailored to your trade, service area, and target keywords. The portfolio is designed to increase your business's visibility across Google, Bing, and AI-powered search platforms.
Services included:
Setup fee: A one-time setup fee of $997 is charged at the time of purchase. This covers portfolio strategy, research, and initial build of all 25 sites.
Monthly fee: $2,997 per month, billed on the same date each month beginning from the date of purchase. Payments are processed automatically via Stripe.
All fees are in US Dollars. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
The Growth Portfolio is a month-to-month service. There is no long-term contract or minimum commitment. You may cancel at any time by providing 30 days written notice to leads@ownoutright.com.
Upon cancellation, your monthly billing will stop at the end of the current billing period following your 30-day notice. We will not charge you for a partial month beyond your cancellation date.
The $997 setup fee is non-refundable once we have begun building your portfolio (typically within 48 hours of onboarding completion). If you cancel before work begins, the setup fee will be refunded in full.
Monthly fees are not refundable for completed billing periods.

Delays caused by incomplete or late onboarding information may extend the launch timeline beyond 5–7 business days. Own Outright is not liable for launch delays caused by the Client.
The 25 websites are built and hosted as part of your active subscription to the Service. Own Outright retains ownership of the website infrastructure, templates, and hosting configurations.
All leads, customer inquiries, phone calls, and business data generated through the portfolio are yours. We do not claim any interest in your customer relationships or business data.
Upon cancellation, we will discuss transition options in good faith. Continued access to the built properties after cancellation is not guaranteed unless separately agreed upon in writing.
Search engine optimization involves factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitive market conditions, and the age of the websites. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes.
We commit to delivering the agreed service — building and managing 25 optimized properties — with professional care and best-practice SEO methods. Results typically begin showing within 60–90 days.
We treat your business information, keyword strategy, and portfolio structure as confidential. We will not disclose your specific portfolio configuration to your competitors or use it for purposes other than delivering your Service.
Own Outright's total liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kaufman County, Texas.
We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
